We are looking for an attentive, creative, and highly competent Customer Service Representative (aka “support specialist”). Your role is to help our customers adopt our solution, work through any challenges with our product and ultimately advocate for our company. We are a rapidly growing company with an “all hands on deck” and “roll up your sleeves” work ethic. This full-time position reports to our fearless leader of Support: Hugues Mackay.

Our product manages a company’s most valuable customers. Therefore, Support Specialists play a role in providing an exceptional experience to both our customers as well as interacting and servicing the customers of our customers. We need to ensure that all these users have an exceptional experience with our product and service all of the time. You’ll resolve problems and offer advice to customers using a ticket system and as a member of our broader Support team.

- You are detail-oriented both in documenting information and practicing good follow through techniques
- You’re agile and eager to pick up new skills, technology and software

- People love to work with you and communicate with you
- You’re patient with others, even if you’re under stress
- You’ve got a working knowledge of HTML/CSS
- A love for small company environments
- Ability to work one evening shift per week (12 pm to 8 pm) as our support hours are 8 am to 8 pm EST
- Bonus points are given for any marketing, technical, or SaaS experience
