As a PMO Coordinator you will provide support to the Bid Director and Deputy Bid Director and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure smooth project operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual seeking to gain valuable experience in project management and contribute to the success of our project.
Ensure project control (monitor status, ensure timely follow-up of issues, and report progress and bottlenecks)- Perform document quality control (production and distribution of documents, teamwork scheduling, proof-reading)

Assist in the preparation of progress reports, technical reports and typing deliverables- Attend project meetings/workshops to take minutes, collect information and prepare correspondence for participants
- Send invitations to project team members, partners and other stakeholders
- Design and edit materials to support within the project’s administrative issues by laying out re-ports, presentations, agendas, etc.
- Distribute, coordinate and follow up on work tasks within the project team
- Bachelor’s degree
- Residency in Canada
- First experience in project management is desirable
- Fluency in French would be an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Project Document Management Systems
- Effective communicator and ability to collaborate
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
